Michael worked for NSW Police for 15 years prior to becoming a Director of CHD Partners in 2005.
In his time with NSW Police, Michael worked as a Youth Liaison Officer (working with many government agencies including Department of School Education), Education and Development Officer and a Licensing Coordinator. Michael has extensive experience with liquor licensing and crime prevention through environmental design (CPTED) assessments.
Michael has worked on a number of crime and security risk assessments since joining CHD Partners including Hospitals, Schools, Rail Infrastructure, Licensed Venues and Universities.
Michael was responsible for informing the Department of Education’s Security Risk Management Framework and Hunter New England Local Area Health District Internal Security Toolkit.
Michael is the principle tutor for CHD Partners Registered Training Organisation including the facilitation of the Certificate IV and Diploma in Security and Risk Management. Michael has developed several training programs and procedures in managing Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing, Armed Robbery Preventing and Workplace Violence.
